1. Agreement to Terms
By using Banished Tickets (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
2. Platform Services
Banished Tickets provides a platform for listing events, selling tickets, and managing event-related activities. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Platform at any time.
3. Ticket Purchases
All ticket sales are subject to availability and the specific terms and conditions of the event promoter. Prices are displayed in NZD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Refunds and exchanges are handled according to the promoter's policy and New Zealand consumer law.
4. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Platform or its users. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized ticket resale (scalping), fraudulent activity, or distribution of malicious software.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Banished Music or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Banished Music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
